The first scent I'm going to tell you about is the scent 'Lime, Basil and Mandarin'. I've tried this scent in the form of a body lotion, shower gel and shampoo. To start with the scent, it is quite a controversial scent, you either love it or hate it. It is a little bit different from scents I normally use but I really like it! It smells quite herby (in a good way), and also has a little bit citrusy too. It's really fresh, and once you've put it on, you smell like you spend a lot of time outside, because of all the natural scents in it. My favourite form of this scent is the body lotion, as it makes my skin super soft and awake. It doesn't irritate my skin, and is good for all skin types. The shampoo is really good too, it leaves my hair smelling really clean, and the scent stays in my hair for the rest of the day, and sometimes even longer. The one thing which I don't like about this product is that it doesn't lather up as much I would want it to. The shower gel is ok, but the scent doesn't stay with you for that long, which is kind of annoying, because I want to smell nice all day. But other than that, it's really good, and it doesn't irritate my skin, and it leaves it feeling extremely cleansed, with no dirt on my skin.
The second scent which I've tried is the scent 'Amber and Lavender'. I've tried this scent as a bath oil, and this is my favourite. It makes your bath really creamy, and relaxing, and once I'm out the bath, my skin is so soft, and clean. This product hydrates my skin, and I would definitely recommend this product, for all ages, and a little goes a long way. It smells really calming, and soothing. It is a very uncontroversial scent, and doesn't make you smell too fruity and is definitely luxury.
I hope you've enjoyed this little blog post, I had a lot of fun writing it, and trying out the different products. Also, I'm sorry for repeating words so frequently, y vocabulary at the moment is very limited. In the comments below tell me what your favourite Jo Malone scent is.
